Definitely for non oily skin. My skin gets dry in the winter and when i use it its amazing. But probs not in the summer.

Incredibly hydrating and plumping. I've tried so many hydrating serums and very few deliver such noticeable results! It does feel a bit heavier though, so oily skin might not love it.
