The menthol feels nice for recovering after a wax(legs and arms), but I don't know that it did much exfoliating. My skin did look better the next morning after I put in on before bed, so perhaps it quickens healing? I don't like that the product doesn't have any data on what the SA percentage is, but it's the 9th ingredient and using it every night didn't give me the redness and irritation I was expecting so I think it must be quite mild. I don't think it's helped much with my late stage ingrowns, it's been about three weeks and they're still having trouble breaking the top layer of skin even while I'm using this product and physically exfoliating almost every day (I have very tolerant skin for physical exfoliating).
