It didn't help the dry patches on my hands at all. I don't think it worsened them but even with repeated use, they're just as bad after the product wears off.

does not cleanse well at all and contains lots of irritating fragrant ingredients. no use as a makeup remover, no use as a cleanser either since it does not lather or cleanse properly. but the fragrance is nice, smells like german sauna
