This is a beautiful essence, heavier than traditional first essences like the SK-II FTE. It hydrates well, but otherwise it really do anything special. I didn't notice any significant improvements to my skin while using this, and because it's slightly thicker than other essences, it might not be a good fit for those who like to layer on products.

This essence works like SK2 FTE as it claims. However, it is sticky and thick. It helps repair skin while sk2 FTE helps speed up skin metabolism. I need only three to four drop on my face after toner or clear lotion. And I do not use it every day. just use it when it is dry.
