This is a toner. First ingredient is alcohol. Smells awful. Impossible not to breathe in when spraying. Stinks up the bathroom when I applied it. Dries FAST making it difficult to work with (I used it on my back). Seems to make my back break out. I did not find it drying at all. For those looking for azelaic acid products I would try elsewhere before taking a gamble on this. This stuff cannot be applied without accidentally breathing at least some of it in and choking on it.
