As i was going through the internet i saw how everyone talking about double cleansing method. So i wanted to ask you guys. I am using Heliocare Color Gelcream SPF 50 Light https://cosdna.com/eng/cosmetic_12a0278985.html as a sunscreen and on under of it, i am using only a simple moistrizer. I have avene lait nettoyant cleansing lotion whic you can see it from here https://cosdna.com/eng/cosmetic_a817495991.html and i have toleriane caring wash https://cosdna.com/eng/cosmetic_cac9363925.html whic you can also see it from here. So should i go with la roche posay and then avene as a double cleansing or la roche posay would be enough? I have a karma(specialy oily on the t zone), very sensitive and badly acne prone skin. Please someone help me out about this.

Usually while double-cleansing you should be using first oil cleanser to dissolve all the makeup, excess sebum and (in this case) sunscreen, which is something that most of normal cleansers can’t do alone. As a second cleanser, use any of your normal cleansers that you use on daily (for acne-prone skin i would recommend some cleanser with salicylic acid). I think that the key in effective double-cleanse is using that oil based cleanser.
