The antioxidant components of the skin are mainly derived from grapes, pine bark. Water-soluble substances, and the interstitial fluid that guards the extracellular and intercellular spaces of the organism [1]. It is a kind of flavonoid discovered in 1936 and named as Vitamin P. It is shown that its antioxidant capacity is 20 times that of vitamin C and 50 times that of vitamin E [2].
