Sadly I must say that this gave me body acne everywhere I put it - my thighs, my calves, my shoulders, even my lower back. These are not places I would normally get acne nodules. I even stopped using it on my legs after I started getting calf pimples and only used it on my lower back, and lo and behold, I got a big painful acne nodule on my lower back. I use lotion on my entire body every day after I shower, and only this lotion has given me body acne. Not sure what ingredient is doing it, but I'm bummed to say the least. I'll continue to use up the bottle, since it was expensive, but I'll only use it on my hands and feet from now on!
