This is a great moisturizer for all skin types, even though it's geared more towards oily skin. I used it during the day under my makeup and I think it's a little too much moisture for my oily skin. I would definitely use it as a night moisturizer, though. It is very cooling and soothing. It would probably be great for rosacea. No irritations, no breakouts. Feels like a wet, thin, hydrating moisturizer rather than a thick cream moisturizer, if that makes sense, lol. As long as it doesn't break me out I'm happy! Just thought you guys should know about this one!
