I had a pretty extreme bad reaction to this. Hives, milia all over and it took a few days for my skin to calm down. I wish I had patch tested first - but I'm so used to EltaMD products being great for sensitive skin and it seems to be an HG product for many. I think it was the octinoxate that did it, but I'm not 100% certain. I've been avoiding that ingredient when shopping for face/body sunscreen because of this incident.
Had high hopes for this sunscreen but it caused me to get milia bumps all over my face
This sunscreen made my face red, hot, and tight for 2 days after using. It was very uncomfortable. My eyes were also slightly swollen. I tried it again a few months later unsure if it was this product that was causing the issue and experienced the same problems again.
