This is just one of those peel-off masks from Amazon that I got when I didn't know as much about skincare as I do now. It promises to get rid of "blackheads" (in this case, they're actually sebaceous filaments), but can be potentially irritating due to the high levels of polyvinyl alcohol and PVP.
If you'd like to minimize the appearance of sebaceous filaments, you'd be much better off with a well-formulated BHA or AHA product. Additionally, this particular mask appears to have been discontinued, as Amazon is listing it as being "currently unavailable" at the time of writing. If you're looking to try one of these masks, however, you can find 246872332923 different ones on Amazon that probably were made in the exact same factory.
The brush it came with was pretty nice, though :)
