Serum for acne and sensitive skin?

I have a lot of acne. I used Clindamycin, then it goes away. But when I stopped, it comes back again.
I need a serum that doesn’t cause acne. And my skin is very sensitive. Any suggestions?

Try the slurp products, the Niacid and Hyaluid stopped my pimples too. Also, a toner with salicylic acid and tea tree helps to calm the pimples. – falcon_jing 2023-07-07
