I've used it since I was a girl. It's the original micellar water (the others just jumped on it like a fad when they realized there was money to be made off it) and, unlike all the popular knock-offs, it contains no detergents or additives that require it to be rinsed off -- which was the point of using micellar water (instead of the available harsh often metallic water) and why it was invented in the first place. You can rinse if you like but it's not necessary.
