I cannot seem to find out any information on the murula oil. On the box it is listed as the only ingredient being sclerocarya birrea seed oil. I am suffering from cystic acne suddenly at 38 and am desperate for anything which could help!

So sorry to hear that. I had tried this and this has helped me a lot. Once you have gotten rid of the outburst, I would recommend using DE Marula Oil or this to prevent it from coming back.
